We stayed with a large company in early February 2026. The 19th century house is very cozy, in one of the rooms where we gathered, the atmosphere of the past years is beautiful stucco molding, a view from the balcony to the central streets of Tbilisi. It was even hot in winter. Very convenient location in the city center. We recommend you to stay!

We had a rest in November 2024. The excellent location of the hotel, in the very center. There are metro and bus stops nearby. A large number of cafes, restaurants, shops, beautiful parks. There are many attractions within walking distance. Wonderful and responsive staff. Very friendly and qualified Yaroslav and Alexander gladly responded to any request and helped with travel advice. The hotel matches its price. If we are in Tbilisi, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

Good location, that's it. The hostess is a scandalous, arrogant woman who talks hysterically on the phone and tries to sort things out instead of solving work issues. I highly recommend not staying in this place.

A wonderful hotel. From the location to the staff . Our vacation was a success. Special thanks to the hostess . It is clear that everything is done with a soul . There is a washing machine , you can use it , as well as tea and coffee . There is a shared kitchen with a microwave and an ironing board. All areas were clean and we liked the linen. We will advise our friends .

Terrible place, unfriendly staff. How is synthetic bed linen and towels generally? How can I sleep and dry myself on this? The towel left pellets all over the body and it did not absorb! I had my own towel, I had to sleep in my pajamas so that my body would not touch this disgusting synthetic. The bathroom is dirty, the watering can in the shower is broken. There was no toilet paper for a day. Apart from the excellent location, there are no advantages, I do not advise anyone to live here ever

The very center. Everything is nearby. There is a wonderful cookery in the next building, where delicious takeaway food is sold, very cheap, everything is fresh. There is a washing machine, everything you need, we lived in a separate room with a bathroom. There are a lot of shops and pharmacies nearby.

The place according to the photos is approx. In fact, this is a rather strange place. We rented a deluxe room. Next to which there was a smoking room on the entire floor. There is a terrible smell of cigarettes in the room, like in a school toilet. We wanted to leave after the inspection, they say until you pay for the night, we will not return your passport. While they were sorting things out, they started shooting from a traumatic pistol in the courtyard of the house. We were pretty fucked up from this situation, we understood how issues are being resolved here. We checked into a hotel 400 meters away for the same money 2 separate rooms. Avoid this place...
