As an international student, I advise all other students not to sign up with this medical insurance company. I had a problem with my teeth, and they were extremely rude and unprofessional in their e-mail response, also threatening to cancel my policy ! They asked if I could speak russian or use a translator . After several emails, they decided to give me a hard time by telling me to find a russian speaking person to accompany me and translate for me . They say the medical insurance doesn't cover anything related to tooth , only pain treatment . But not root canal and other problems . Which is a totally wrong thing for a medical insurance company . I highly recommend not to use this company for medical insurance , especially for international students .

The company saved my arm from what would have been a severe allergic reaction or even amputation.i wrote them at night and in less than an hour i was scheduled for an appointment already.thanks alot

To international students considering this insurance provider, I would strongly advise against it. My experience was highly disappointing, as the company was more focused on arguing with me rather than offering assistance. Instead of providing the support I needed, they seemed unwilling to resolve issues or address concerns. It was a frustrating and unproductive experience, and I would recommend looking into other insurance options.
