On my birthday, I was presented with a certificate for a master class in Italian cuisine. We prepared 3 dishes. The chef showed how to cook Italian dishes technologically correctly. Dishes according to his own author's method from familiar products. The master class was very interesting and exciting, the participants learned a lot of new things and the dishes were very tasty.
