The hotel itself would have been given 2 stars, but the staff saved one star. There are no questions for the hotel staff: they are responsive, they are accommodating, they are trying to smooth out the obvious disadvantages of the hotel. We were out of season. Perhaps this has a significant impact. At first, we were put in a room when a noisy renovation was being carried out right in the next room. But that's okay, because the room itself has stains on the walls of unknown origin, the door jambs are in terrible condition; holes in the walls, and, worst of all, dirty bed linen and towels. After fair complaints, we were offered a new renovated room. What to say about him: the room is clearly much better, we agreed. Thanks to the staff, because the room was not cleaned for our check-in, and we had to do everything more quickly. But later the flaws surfaced: the shower cabin was broken, that the water was leaking beyond its limits. The lamp above the bed did not turn off. Seriously: the light is on all the time when the card is inserted in the room, I had to cover it with things. But the most significant problem, unfortunately, has not gone away: dirty bed linen with strange stains and towels with the same stains and, moreover, an unpleasant smell. As a result, the staff, it seems to us, really tried to smooth out the corners, but the real conditions did not allow it. Maybe it was because we were out of season, but still. The location of the hotel is good, within walking distance of a tram stop and a large shopping center. But the first pleasant impression of the hotel at the reception and lobby is broken after the rooms. Hopefully, they'll get everything back to normal by the season, but right now it's only 3 stars.

We chose this hotel based on its location. It is located in the center, near attractions, tram stop, pedestrian street, old bazaar. The rooms are small, you can take accommodation with breakfast.
