I understand that in 2026 there are a lot of instructions and information on how to pass it, but maintenance specialists could be more polite and explain a little if something is unclear, rather than being rude from the start and refer to the "instructions at the entrance, everything is written there." It passed quickly, there were no queues, they didn't find much fault with the condition of the car (perhaps due to the fact that the car is almost new). Speed 5, Inspection quality 5, Service 1. Total-3. Management should have conversations with experts on how to communicate with people!
