I recently ordered the installation of soft windows from Ledom.by for the terrace, and was very pleased with the result. The measurement was done for free and promptly, everything was explained in detail. We took into account all the wishes . The materials are really high-quality: transparent PVC film is dense, without distortion, neat edging, fasteners are reliable. The installation was quick and clean, it is clear that the guys are working professionally. After installation, the terrace has become comfortable in any weather: it protects from wind and rain, while inside it is bright and cozy. I would like to mention the polite attitude and willingness to answer all questions. Now we have a favorite place to relax with family and friends. The order was made quickly, we installed them in October and closed the season. Upon arrival in the spring, we were greeted by such beauty in the form of semicircles from fasteners. He puts up several windows and only one has fasteners soldered. The company itself refused to resolve the issue, although this fastener is manufactured in production. A ruined window and money thrown away. I do not recommend it!!!!!

The only disadvantage when installing locks is that it is not possible to move the eyelet. You need to get in right away, or there is another technique for installing them.

Disgusting! "Customer orientation" is on top! We needed soft windows on the gazebo, Dzerzhinsky district. The girl manager - everything is OK, consulted, advised, normal. Master Vasily... I'll come then. Not suitable, the first day of vacation, taking time off is not an option. The answer is that it's not interesting to go to one. Finding a compromise - well, let's come after work, by 19.00. The answer is it's not too late, why should I sit, I'm already measuring the other two. Request options... The answer is, I'll dial it on Friday, and I'll tell you when I'll have enough to come next week. It's Saturday evening. There was no call. The amount of the contract is in the region of 1,000 rubles, if there is no contract, the departure fee is 35 rubles, (it would overlap with the tail) The owner is a gentleman. We found others! And, by the way, it's cheaper!

I was very unhappy .We didn't bring the edging samples, but we chose the wrong color ourselves.Unfortunately, I didn't order it, so I didn't see that there were light shades.This one...You'll have to look at it or order it again in a different color and throw away 1170 rubles.I do not recommend working with such "professionals".Because it is impossible to be an expert in everything.The job is done, but the SEDIMENT remains.
