There are pros and cons. I'll start with a good one. The main advantage is the location, right in the ancient Side, in the ruins themselves. It was based on this criterion that I chose the hotel so that I could walk around the old town. The second plus is the excellent cuisine, which I did not expect from such a modest hotel. The restaurant is great! Everything is very tasty! And the restaurant staff and waiters are so friendly, they address everyone by name, and create a very cool and warm atmosphere. The price does not include Wi-Fi and air conditioning, you will have to pay extra. Drinks in the restaurant are free for breakfast and paid for dinner. They also told me right at check-in that I had no right to bring groceries to my room from any stores other than the hotel's own store. Of course, this is unpleasant. The facilities in a standard room are very modest, but this is normal for such a hotel, no complaints. The only thing is that the faucet in the shower room was not working properly, i.e. the water was either boiling or cold. Let's move on to the cons. The first is a disgusting beach. A small piece of shore, cramped, a little gray sand, almost all the sun beds are occupied, those by the water are already with towels, apparently they agreed with the beach boy not to take the towels away. And other vacationers are looking for worse places. The entrance to the water is bad, I did not swim, because at a depth of about knee-deep, very dangerous stones begin, it's hard to walk on them, I was afraid of hurting my legs. The second disadvantage is the disgusting room service, the floor has not been washed once in 7 days. It got so dirty that I had to wear shoes. The cleaner changed towels, regularly took tips, but never washed the room. I only laid out a "swan" of towels, apparently it's easier than doing a wet cleaning. On the last day, she broke into my room at 9 a.m., opening the door from the outside with a key, despite the fact that check-out was at 12, it directly spoiled the impression of rest. Summary: most likely, I will not return to this hotel anymore, primarily because of the beach. I'll probably look for a hotel away from the center, but with a normal beach so I can swim and walk on the sand.

The additional fee for the bungalow is 50 euros, the fee for using the air conditioner is 45 euros. There is no kettle/glasses. Breakfast consisted of eggs, bread, butter, olives, sausage, cheese, tomatoes, coffee, no pastries, pancakes and soup were rare. The territory is beautiful, there are many cats. There are no bedbugs/ants in the bungalow. In general, it will do for an unassuming tourist. The first coast, the shore is sand. The nearest migros store is 1.5km away, a bus station with minibuses to Manavgat is 1 km away (one-way price is 1.5 dollars/person)

Great hotel. Wonderful location — near Antique Side, old town. The breakfasts and dinners in the restaurant overlooking Antique Side are very atmospheric! Chefs are beyond praise! Everything is fresh and delicious! There are many dishes of Turkish cuisine. Handmade butter is served in the morning — it's delicious with semite! I didn't think butter could be so delicious. The staff is friendly. These are three rooms — very decent, we have a spacious room with a large balcony. Cleaned with a change of towels daily. First line, there are enough deck chairs for everyone. Beachboy washes deck chairs with a hose in the morning. I like everything here. The atmospheric little hotel is like a Mediterranean town with small houses under tiled roofs. The territory is beautiful. Lots of greenery, flowers.This is the third time in Side - this is the best hotel, despite the fact that we had previously rested in good fours.
