We chose this hotel by reading reviews, looking at the location, everything was fine. Upon check-in, it was hinted that our room does not have a balcony and it can be improved for a fee. The guide on the bus warned us that if you don't like the room, you can change it by telling the hotel guide, so we decided to see what we got initially. The room was in the main building on the 3rd floor, with one double bed, one single bed and a sofa. We decided that we could do without a balcony, on such and such an area. You can smoke in the room, even in the bathroom there was an ashtray. There is a hairdryer, refrigerator, air conditioning, a TV that showed great, many channels, about 5 in Russian, TNT, Russia. Be sure to keep valuables in a safe, there are instructions there. Ours was closed, so I had to go down to the reception and invite an employee to open it. Only men work at the hotel, so everything is sad in terms of cleanliness. There are drops on the mirror, streaks on the walls, and the curtains haven't been washed for a long time. In terms of food, even a fastidious eater like me found something to eat. On the beach, during lunch, they bake pizzas and roast meat on the grill. Whiskey is not tasty, rum is more or less, beer is excellent, bottled. Tea, coffee, lemonades. We even had ice cream a couple of times. Mango, strawberry, vanilla. It's very tasty. Also, incomparable fresh fruits, 150 rubles. The sea is clean and beautiful. It is very pleasant to spend time at the pool. In the evenings, everyone gathers on the ground floor, drinks, and makes new acquaintances. Mostly Germans, Russians, Poles. Everyone behaves with dignity. We got to a belly dance and the guy was dancing, spinning with a skirt. There is a disco until 12 at night. Sometimes it is possible to go to the club for 15 rubles, there is one drink for free.At the hotel, the animators recruit those who want to be taken and brought back. We couldn't go because there was a flight in the morning. We decided that we would come here next year. The most beautiful place to relax. Despite the nuances associated with cleanliness, a chic hotel in the city center.

We are staying at this hotel from 02/23/26 to 03/22/2026. We chose this hotel only because of the price. For three people (2 adults + 1 child 12 years old)= 165,000 from Moscow. Upon check-in, we paid an additional $ 50 per room, closer to the pool. The territory is beautiful, lots of cats, birds. The room is old and dirty. The bed is comfortable. Mosquitoes. They do not provide a remedy for them at the reception. The food is modest. The breakfasts are all the same. Lunch and dinner are normal. Two types of soup. No French fries or nuggets. If your child does not eat meat, then there is nothing to feed him here. Sausages are only for breakfast. Beer doesn't taste good, it's sour, and it gives you heartburn. Not far from the hotel, if you go towards the Marina, there is an exchange, a supermarket and a cafe (where you can buy beer and spirits). The vacationers are mostly Poles, Lithuanians, Russian Germans. The pool is barely warm. The slides are turned on by the hour. Ice cream (in the main bar from 16.00 to 17.00) The sand on the beach is hard, access to the sea is not very convenient. If you just swim straight from the shore. The mattresses on the sun beds are very comfortable. They braided their daughter's pigtails, asked for $75, and haggled for $40. The Internet barely works in the lobby. I advise you to buy a SIM card at the airport right away, as it is much more expensive near the hotel. We bought 50 GB at the airport for $10.5, and 24 GB for $12 near the hotel. In general, this is not an albatross for you)) economy vacation.

We celebrated the New Year here on 25-26. So, in order: "Unloading from the bus" takes place right on the road, since there is no entrance to the hotel. It's dangerous. Reception: nice guys, they met us, sent us to lunch, then we had to go back for our suitcases and get the room keys. For a fee of $ 10, they gave me a nice room with a view of the pool, on the 2nd floor. On the downside: when checking out, they ask for $ 1 per suitcase for weighing a suitcase. In the Internet and information from the travel agency, check-in is indicated from 14:00, at the reception there is a sign from 15:00 Room: uhhh, the room is sooo tired. The beds, mattresses, and bed linen are in order. The rest needs to be changed urgently. The plumbing is in a sad state. Many wrote that there are problems with hot water. We didn't have these problems! However, you want to jump out of such a bathroom faster. There is an air conditioner, but it was not turned on. Water is not brought to the room. You get bottles, pour them for free at the bar. They also sell 1.5 liters of water for 50 pounds. Food: during the week of my stay, I can't say that I got tired of the food. There are few fruits, but enough sweets. Chicken, beef, and fish are available every day. Steamed vegetables, fresh vegetables. There were sea bastards a couple of times)) Lobby bar: 70% self-service, which is not bad. The coffee from the machine is delicious. Second-hand drinks can be poured on your own, alcoholic cocktails - you say what to pour, then you pour soda or juice into a glass yourself. There is a mineral water. Everything is in the vending machines. Pool bar: a sullen bartender who hates people or certain people, I still don't understand. I've been to see him 2 times. Beach: Oh this beach. There were always places. The mattresses on the sun beds are partially changed, but both old and new ones are so soft. Rush. The entrance to the water is calm, there are large stones (not sharp), I swam without corals. There is also a bar and a "restaurant" on the beach. You can eat there at lunchtime. Heated pool: the water was warm, there were a lot of people, there weren't enough places for everyone, because as always, the smartest ones took towels in the morning and could not come to basik for half a day. Evening events. There was live music, just dancing, karaoke. Well, that's...) The animators were constantly trying to drag me into these movements. In the morning, by the way, we did exercises and something else. But we didn 't have time for that 😅 For the first time, we celebrated the New Year outside the house. The hotel organized a large gathering of guests. We organized a program with live music and dancing. Well done! What big disadvantages would I identify?: 1. The lack of wifi on the premises. You can ONLY connect in the lobby, but it hardly loads. They offer to buy it at the reception, but as the regulars of this hotel said, even if you buy it, it will fall off every day, you will run to the reception and ask to do something. Therefore, get a SIM card. Cheaper, they say, at the airport) 2. As I wrote above, there is no water in the room 3. Very annoying salon staff (massage, hammam, manicure, pedicure) Among the advantages: The staff is great, polite guys. They are constantly washing, wiping, and repairing something. They smile and dance. There are 2 cages with parrots on the territory. Lots of cats. Sheraton is the city center. I left the hotel and immediately you have everything you need - shops, pharmacies, banks, fruit stalls, etc., etc. But the Egyptians are very clingy. We even went to the shops sometimes in the afternoon, because they open mostly after 3 p.m. Why else would you go there? Probably not. I love a vacation when you don't have to solve any problems that the hotel usually thinks about. But for its price in the New Year, it's normal)
