When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was confronted with a disrespectful, aggressive and unprofessional attitude, which made the experience even more unpleasant. I would like to clarify that I have been attending this establishment for some time and that I had never encountered this kind of problem when Naïma and Driss provided the service.
