We live in Sochi, and we often go to hotels to "change the situation." I'm writing my honest review.: Food: great! Delicious, varied, healthy, plenty of everything, special thanks to the chefs (there is no coffee machine, but it's not a problem for us, we take a bag of ground coffee from a nearby store) Rooms: very spacious, clean, bright. We lived in the comfort room for the first time - sea view, that says it all 😍 The second time we lived in the "standard", the most magnificent view of the mountains and the pool, from this side there is silence and peace in the evening, go out, stand on the balcony, high. There is no furniture on the balconies, but again, this is not a problem for us (because we are locals, we always have bag chairs in the trunk) Service - everything is fine 👍🏻 The cleanliness is excellent, the porcelain stoneware in the lobby is shiny, the rooms are clean 👌 The pool is heated, there are plenty of sun loungers for everyone. Large parking area The sea is five meters away (the river flows in here, the sea is mostly brown, so for those who want to see the clear blue sea, you'd better drive away.) The location is perfect, 2.5 km from the border, very convenient A great hotel for the money. 🫰 We will come here again and again. We hope that the quality will remain at the same level! The only thing I would like to wish is that it would be possible to live with pets. Now a lot of hotels allow it. Updating the review. This is the fourth time we have lived here in the last month. I read in the reviews about towels that there are no big ones. Now everything is there, both facial and foot and bath. There are no beach rooms, but I'm sorry) there is no kettle in the rooms, there is no cooler on the floor either, but there is a kettle on each floor. Water is sold at the reception or at the nearest store. They also wrote that there are not enough deck chairs. So far, everyone has enough, but it's the end of May. The excitement is still ahead) everything in the dining room is very clean and delicious! No frills, but sorry, it's not 4 or 5! At the moment (the end of May), the price—quality ratio outweighs the quality! The guys are great, they're trying their best! We are already at home here) and despite the fact that we have been living here for about 2 weeks in total, the food is not monotonous, something new appears on the menu, which of course pleasantly surprises! The closer to June, the more "fun" companies with their own music library are by the pool.

I had a rest in May 2026. A great hotel for little money. Three meals a day according to the buffet system (dining room food), there is a microwave oven in the common area. 2 outdoor heated pools, open from 09:00 to 19:00. They keep you warm well. The room was of the comfort category (spacious room with a double bed) with direct sea view 😍 Sun loungers are set up on the sea, there is a bar, hookah for an extra charge, music is playing. There are a couple of cafes, a canteen and a couple of shops outside the hotel.

So there were hotels in this hotel on October 21-28, we went at this time because the hotel promised a heated pool (there was none). In the end, we found out that it had never been heated, the food was like in a sanatorium, if you want to relax with your family and the price is low, then the choice is good despite the pool, 5 minutes from the border to Sochi, Sochi at the same time is 1.5-2 times more expensive.
