Extremely negative experience of using the service. Within the framework of one order worth about 300,000 soums, delivery was completed late, while out of 10 ordered items, only 2 were actually delivered. No refund was made for undelivered items. It was not possible to contact the responsible persons or receive clear explanations from the support service — there is a lack of transparent contact information and effective feedback. The platform actually protects unscrupulous performers, while there is no effective mechanism for quality control and regulation of the service. Judging by the results, the Quality Control department exists only formally. Previously, I had also repeatedly encountered quality problems: delivery of expired or damaged goods. Instead of improvements, the service shows a deterioration in the level of service over time. I do not recommend using it. Rating: 0 out of 0. UPD.
