The service was terrible, the rooms were cleaned only at the beginning of the rest, then they went after them with a request to remove the garbage, put on water, give towels. On the plus side, everyone at the reception is smiling and nothing is done right away. There are very attentive and kind workers on the road at the entrance and on the beach in another building. The cuisine is not bad, but almost all the time it was on the menu, as there were few people. I had to wait a very long time. People got annoyed, or went to the room for books, or sat on their phones. The rooms are different, there are large ones with a terrace, and there are small ones without it. We couldn't find the pool, the reception said it wasn't there!!! But when we were evicted due to a flight delay of more than 10 hours, we took a room for our own money and ended up in a beautiful room in a separate villa, the road to which went past the pool!

Great hotel.. I have been to Sri Lanka many times, so there is something to compare it with.. Excellent location relative to Unawatuna, shops and different beaches in any direction.. Excellent breakfast - for Sri Lanka, very varied with a selection of fruits.. The hotel is renovated, everything is clean and fresh, and minor work is still being done in some places.. Excellent hotel management.. It is clear that the general manager (Mr. Douglas) has adjusted the work and everything is being done for tourists.. I got a room with noise from the road - I asked to move because I can't sleep with noise, the next day he moved me to a quiet room. It is clear that thanks to him, the hotel is in order and the staff is very executive...
