I visit this place very often on the Expobel. 1. There are always huge queues, although people mostly take espresso-tonic/cappuccino/ flat. I can't believe they're difficult to prepare. 2. A VERY long wait. Again, when ordering a simple cappuccino/espresso tonic, I don't plan on waiting for more than 10 minutes. Honestly, it's a horror. The most unpleasant place, with an awfully long wait. I don't advise anyone to come in here. Yes, the atmosphere is good, the sofas and tables are comfortable, but the service is terrible. If you have 1 barista who can't handle it, hire more staff. The place is located in the shopping center, there are a lot of people here, well, it's impossible to expect so much for one simple drink! I really hope that you will review your service and think about improving it, because your coffee is really delicious.

Nothing passes in the world, and neither do the unprofessional or stupid youngsters among your baristas. I already wrote a review about you a year ago, apparently it doesn't help for long. You can check the cameras, today (12/19/25) we came as a family at 4:05 p.m. to drink coffee with tiramisu, but we couldn't. There is a sign saying "Technical break", and no indication of the time. We stood and waited until 4:30 p.m. - no one came, people came, also waited and left. But thanks to you, all your clients (including us) have relocated to Thierry. You are strangely repeating the scenario of the "J-cafes" that were in your place before you, they suffered a deplorable fate, again due to the lack of good staff, everything fell into disrepair and bankruptcy. The same thing is probably waiting for you. There is constant dirt, the tables are poorly cleaned, the baristas are always asleep (not all of them, of course, but in general), but at the same time you have quite expensive coffee drinks. Who do you think will come to you with such an attitude towards customers? There have been no iced cold drinks (coffee) for several weeks now, the baristas claim that this is a seasonal product and the ice maker has been turned off completely for the winter. Even in winter, there is ice in all coffee shops, especially since you sell not only coffee, but also alcoholic beverages, you should have it. Apparently, you were also given a license to sell alcoholic beverages in vain, no one is buying. It's easy to guess that they won't. Lavazza probably preferred that you didn't exist at all, because you obscenely represent the Lavazza trademark, you look more and more like a "station diner", sorry for the bluntness, but that's how it is.
