Hello. Today, on 28.08, I visited Lavazza coffee shop at Minsk International Airport. 1) Boorish service, with hidden and open aggression. 2) Violation of the Sanpin rules-dirty hair of the barista, accepting money and cooking with the same hands (without gloves). 3)The tables are intended only for the visitors of this coffee shop. A homeless man came to the coffee shop with the appropriate smell and appearance. I approached the barista, explained the situation to her, and received an additional dose of rudeness in response. I think this is the best place in the airport building to go during your lunch break or while waiting for a flight. Delicious pastries, coffee is made quickly (and even a discount is provided for airport employees!).
