My dry cleaner accidentally charged 350,000 soums 3 times, because the payment device was not working correctly. More than a week has passed and the money has not been returned. A man came to me, and the staff did not want to deal with his problem themselves, citing the language barrier (the man spoke Uzbek) and the fact that the technologist who cleaned his jacket was no longer working. The director does not want to take responsibility for problematic situations, he simply does not refund money for damaged items and accidentally paid amounts. I don't recommend it.
