Unfortunately, my visit to the Lamp coffee shop left an extremely unpleasant impression due to the rude behavior of one of the employees. I understand that everyone has bad days, but this behavior is unacceptable in the service industry. It spoiled the impression of the coffee shop and discouraged the desire to return. I would like to point out that there were no croissants at all. That I didn't have them once, that I didn't have them now, however, the rude service negated all the positive aspects.
