It's good that there is such a beautiful pick-up point in our city, with nice girls. The hotel is always warm, cozy and stylish, with a beautiful and concise interior. The new location is clean and bright, just like the old address. It's more convenient to get there now, there are always parking spaces. I would like the application to have a reminder that the address of the point has changed, or a confirmation of where the order will be delivered, because even when I made the order, I did not notice any changes and arrived at the old address.

There is no desire to come to this pick-up point. The workers answer all questions with force. Every arrival is accompanied by an unpleasant feeling. Yesterday I was standing with the child, waiting for one to sort out the terminal, the other was looking at the laptop, I thought she was busy, but it turned out that she just ignored me because she served the next customer. Then the second girl spent 5 minutes trying to figure out the change. That is, both cash and non-cash payments have problems. Shoe boats are not questioned there, the girls arrogantly claim that there are only two + 5 fitting rooms). I think one more visit in this vein and I'll just stop booking on lamode, unfortunately.
