Apartment is in city centre. Rooms are spacious enough. Only few staff speak English. No kitchen utensils provided despite of request. Apartment entrance is in Block 1 .

We rented apartments with a kitchen and a bathroom, the windows were very dirty from the outside, and there was a complete lack of Wi-Fi, which technically exists, but did not work at all. And in general, the kitchen was not particularly clean, the sofa was pulled apart - it would be time to change it. The furniture is tired, as is everything in the reception area. I was pleased with the friendly young man at the reception desk, in general, very nice people in Kazakhstan, but you should clean up the hotel better
