We had a rest with my son from 14.06 to 23.06. Everything was very good. The cabins are clean, the bed linen/towels are snow-white, air conditioning, Internet is all working. The houses themselves are spacious, there is something to compare. The location is perfect, all the sights are within walking distance, the sea is 7 minutes away, walking distance. It's quiet and peaceful at night. Well, a special big thank you to the administrator Nana, friendly, friendly, responsive. He always helps with everything, tells you everything, treats you to coffee. We will definitely come back again.

I liked the atmosphere of the holiday on September 30th! Fireworks, fun and goodwill of the locals! We came to the hotel as if we were at home! The room smelled of wood and slept well! In the morning, the receptionist Nana made us very delicious coffee! Thanks to this beautiful woman, all issues were solved! Always in a good mood and positive! The hotel is new, so there are shortcomings. There were not enough flowers on the territory! Very nice hotel, within walking distance from the main attractions of New Athos. There is a small parking lot. The kitchen and laundry are shared - outside under a canopy. Remote check-in is an eviction without unnecessary red tape. Among the disadvantages - the sound insulation of houses, the cat's cry on the roof at night - so-so feelings. In general, I liked everything, we will be in those parts - we will settle in without a doubt.

Now let's move on to the cons, let's start from the beginning: two families with children were vacationing in two cars. Upon arrival, it turned out that there were no parking spaces, although there was a parking space in the list of amenities. Parking turned out to be on the street along the road, where local dashing cars drive very fast. Upon entering the house, it turned out that it was very hot in it, although the air conditioner was working at full capacity, the air conditioner could not cope. We were lucky, because the houses from the first to the fourth were on the darkened side and the air conditioner was more or less working there, and the houses from the fifth to the eighth were on the sunny side and the guests felt like in a greenhouse. Therefore, they had to leave the house at lunchtime because it was impossible to tolerate such heat. I would like to note that there was also an item about sound insulation in the list of amenities, in fact this is not the case. The thickness of the walls was less than 5 cm, which created high audibility from cars and from neighboring houses. Also, your neighbors in the house will be ants, they are very cute, they crawl everywhere and do not let you get bored))). The bathroom had a very leaky shower stall, which led to the fact that water collected on the floor and the bathroom mat was constantly wet. We didn't find any garbage bags in the trash, so we had to look for them ourselves. You also need to buy bathroom accessories yourself. The facilities also include beach towels and a hygienic shower, but there were none. There were two children and two adults in our application, there were only two blankets from the bed, bed linen for the second bed was issued the next day. The mattress on the bed was very terrible, it is impossible to sleep on it, the springs are so sensitive that it seems that they are sinking into your ribs. Because of this, my back hurts a lot. There was no microwave in the kitchen, this was not on the list of amenities, but it was very necessary. When asked when there would be a microwave, the receptionist replied that the microwave would be soon... electric stoves do not heat at all, it took us 30 minutes to cook an omelet for breakfast. A couple from the neighboring house cooked dumplings for an hour and a half. The washing machine is one for eight houses and for the administrator, it was often always occupied by the administrator. The room was not cleaned, although it was not provided, but there were no things that could be cleaned, although a vacuum cleaner was prescribed in the list of amenities. The administrator deserves special attention, at first it seemed pleasant and sweet, but in fact it turned out to be unfriendly, grumpy, constantly dissatisfied and lazy. One example, our neighbors asked them to overpower them to the house opposite, because it was very hot; to which she replied that she could not overpower them, allegedly a certain room of the house was booked, in fact she just did not want to clean this room in order to overpower our friends. If these disadvantages are eliminated, then in general this guest house is possible for a comfortable stay

Thirdly, there is no parking here, as it says on the website, all cars are parked near the gate on the road. No one cleans the houses, no one changes the linen and towels either. They gave 2 large towels for 4 people. You can't cook anything in the kitchen normally, the hostess constantly walks and watches you as you wash, cook, etc. In the evening you can't go out to smoke, not to watch the video. The hostess immediately starts knocking on the windows and sending them to bed. You see, it's already 11 p.m. The TV doesn't work at all, every other time. PLEASE FIX YOUR TVS. I am generally silent about the toilet door, you will also open it to go to the shower, all the houses will hear, the same request is to FIX the DOORS IN the BATHROOMS. So that the guests don't fix the doors, and who takes the money for these houses. According to the hostess, guests should come with their tools and fix these doors. The mattresses on the beds are soft, but when you want to lie down on them, I'm already silent about sleeping, you'll count these springs with all your bones. They take such money and buy such cheap furniture, do something for people, they bring you money. Be ready when you go to the toilet, you will wash your feet at the same time, because the shower flows very strongly. Of the advantages, everything is within easy reach and there are garbage cans nearby, where you YOURSELF MUST TAKE OUT THE GARBAGE.
