The first impression is deceptive. On the way, we were worried about where we were, but when we arrived at the hotel and entered the territory, we relaxed right there. It's a very nice hotel. Clean, soulful, all the amenities. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Any issue was resolved immediately. We arrived out of season, we didn't really get to swim in the sea. The pool is large and warm. We swam in it at night at 15 degrees and in the rain, but we didn't want to go out. The water is clean, without chlorine, which is a huge plus when traveling with children. There are markets just around the corner, with everything you need, delicacies, sweets, souvenirs, and excursions. In general, I do not want to leave, we hope to return again, but it is here. Thank you all for making our stay unforgettable and comfortable

The perfect mini-vacation: cozy, like at home, and the service is excellent Rating: 5/5 We stayed at the Lakaa Hotel from May 8th to 11th. We were absolutely delighted! Even though the season is just beginning, everything is working perfectly. I'll start with the main thing — the staff. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming people, they immediately create a homely atmosphere. Special thanks to the administrator Mikhail! He was truly a professional in his field: any question or request was resolved instantly and with a smile. It's nice to have such caring people working at the hotel. The rooms were very cozy, modern and, importantly, crystal clear. The furniture is new, nothing creaks or is broken, the bed is comfortable — we slept well. The territory is small, but this is rather a plus. It is very well maintained, compact and green, everything is within walking distance. I would especially like to mention the barbecue area — everything is thought out for comfortable gatherings. The pool is our love! The cleanest, warmed up (in May evenings it saved). There are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas around, no one is jostling. I highly recommend Lakaa for a relaxing stay. We were pleased with the price/quality ratio and the level of service. Thank you for the warm welcome, we will definitely be back!

We stayed at a hotel in Abkhazia and were very satisfied! I especially liked the warm pool, where it is pleasant to swim at any time. The staff is very friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The rooms are cozy, clean and comfortable. A great place for a relaxing holiday, we will definitely come back again!
