We had a rest from 09/20/2025 to 09/28/2025. On the day of arrival, 2 items are provided: 1 toilet paper, hotel supplies - 1 small soap and 2 pieces of disposable shower gel. You buy everything else yourself, which is a huge disadvantage. The bed linen and towels were not changed, but we did not ask and were not offered. The houses are made very obscenely, there are many cracks, the door trim was painted somewhere, the tiles in the bathroom are crooked, the cracks are crooked, the boards are crooked, etc. For this reason, if it's cold outside at night, then the house will also be cold. The air conditioner does not know how to blow warm air. Because of this, we slept under a blanket and a counterpane. I'll tell you right away that in Moscow I sleep with the battery turned off all winter and the window is on airing. It's probably because of the humidity that it's so cold. (I'll tell you right away that we didn't ask for a heater, because we thought it couldn't be. ) Since the territory is located right between the roads, you can hear the noise of cars driving over 70 km/h there, but for us personally it was not a minus. We could hear them, but not so much that we couldn't sleep. It is located in the village of Alakhadzy. If you are on foot, then it will be a big problem for you! The nearest canteen is a 30-minute walk away, but there is no breakfast. A normal store is 30 minutes away The beach and the sea are 20 minutes away, but it's not as clean as in Pitsunda. We rented a car, so the location was a plus for us. We went to Pitsunda to eat and swim, and Gagra, Sukhum, Ritsa, and New Athos were closer than from Pitsunda. There is a small swimming pool on the territory, but no one swam in it, according to my observations, there is a large dining room where you can cook yourself, there is parking for 10 cars for sure and all this is fenced.

Not the best choice. The houses are right on the highway to Pitsunda. Cars go over their heads. There is no territory. There is no shadow. It's a 30-minute walk to the sea, and 45 minutes to the sea with cafes and shops in the heat. There is a small shop on the street on the way to the sea. It's a 10-minute walk away. There is a bus stop near the base. Bus 5, 30 rubles, 20 minutes and you are at the best beach in Pitsunda. Nearby, about 7 minutes on foot, the winery Chateau Abkhazia with a shop. There are vineyards all around. The managers are not local, they do not share information.

Great location, good air, calm atmosphere. The rooms are fully equipped with everything you need (refrigerator, air conditioning, kettle, TV, hairdryer). The territory is fenced, there is plenty of Parking space. The store is a 5-minute walk away. The hostess is a very helpful woman, makes a delicious variety of breakfasts. As they say, everything is for the client, by agreement there is also a transfer to the beach. The sea is very clean, the beach is pebbly. I recommend it!
