I went through the maintenance of the TO6, less than a week later the oil sensor caught fire, I drove the car, upon inspection the master said that the sensor needed to be replaced as soon as possible, the cost of the service was 17p, + 10p work. I handed over the car, they counted 150 rubles, and the car wash was turned on, and computer diagnostics and oil pressure measurement were performed....It's strange why they didn't replace the oil with all the filters again a week after THAT????!!!

I applied for a hard hat with a small dent on the door on 05/04/2026. I signed up for the service in about a month due to the large number of requests (there were no empty seats). The deadline for readiness was set on 05/13/2026. I couldn't reach the service itself that day. Despite the fact that I left a request to be contacted, no one called during the day. Earlier, on 06/12/2024, I applied under warranty to replace the ABS inductor - they changed it for 3 days (the volume of work is less than 1 day). For comparison, the body repair at the official dealer on Serov 1 took less than 5 days. Therefore, think about whether it is worth contacting here and wasting your time, spoiling the nervous system.

I had the car repaired on March 3. It's April 2nd. The repair technician Artyom Zhuk completely ignores my calls and text messages. I do not know what's wrong with the car. I had repairs at Kamenogorsk in the same situation. The car's hood lock is under warranty. I arrived at 12 p.m. and left at 8 p.m. They really wanted to fix the lock and not put a new one under warranty. But the qualification is 0. After my screams and indignation, which they are over the hill, I got to their superiors. And gritting their teeth loudly, they replaced the lock with a new one in half an hour. Result. Lada's car is good, but we don't have any service with everything.

The worst of the worst car service stations!!! I would never recommend this office to anyone, there is no other word for this organization. We gave the car for repair on April 13, and with grief, it was finally made for us on May 29. The terrible attitude of manager Artyom Beetle to his direct work and clients. It is impossible to reach him, he ignores calls. And in those cases, when I managed to reach him, I only fed him with promises. But it was useless to solve something on the phone and find out with him, it was necessary to periodically go to this office and decide during a live conversation, otherwise the matter did not move in any way. We've spent a lot of nerves. But here's a question for the management???? If you know that you have such a careless employee as Artyom Zhuk, who doesn't care about his duties, customers, or the reputation of the car service, then why don't you, as the management, take any measures to fix the situations created by your employee?

This car service was contacted by Casco. We signed up for April 22 in two weeks, the car needed to have the doorway painted and the windshield changed, and the deadline for completing the work was May 6. On May 5, I spent the whole day trying to find out what was wrong with my car, the manager did not pick up the phone, the call center promised that they would clarify and call back, but they did not wait for an answer, although they called several times. On May 6, at 9 a.m., my husband and I arrived at the service, at first we didn't want to let them into the repair shop, but after a scandal, my husband came in and saw that the declared work had not been completed, but the rear right wing was painted in our car, the question is WHY? We haven't received an answer yet. After what they saw, the car was driven to the parking lot of the service, where it is now. On this day, May 6, we left a complaint in the comments book, but we did not receive a response to the complaint. On May 7, a claim was brought to which the legal department had to respond within 7 days, but there is also no response. Our presentation was registered under the number 47, that is, on May 7, they have 47 claims, about 1 claim in 3 days, think about it. I am writing a review on 05/31 without a car, it looks like I will be for a long time, since the service does not respond in any way and there is no contact. The bottom line is, if you are bored and you want to be without your car, welcome to Mashinostroiteley 9. A fun life and additional leisure in the form of visits to all kinds of authorities will be organized here for sure.

Finally, AVTOVAZ has not extended its relationship with them. The good news is that you won't have to listen to accusations of consumer extremism, put up with a 3- to 2-year warranty on new cars (greetings from 2024) and pay for an official, but very mediocre service.
