Excellent residential complex. Located in Dubai's most prestigious Jumeirah district. We had a rest there in March 26, room 1502, owner Julia. The room had one bedroom and one living room. Everything in the room was obvious that the hostess had thought through everything to the smallest detail with attention and love for the guests. Plenty of household appliances for all occasions. There is even a mini sewing machine. A huge TV in the lobby with Russian channels and two game consoles. The network air conditioning is at the highest level. The house has its own beach, a guarded territory, two swimming pools in which children and adults are comfortable. Sun beds by the sea and pools are free of charge. There is a beach club near the house. For party lovers. It also has swimming pools and bars. A popular place for young people. The Blue Water area, where the famous Ferris Wheel and Madame Tussauds Museum are located, is located across the bay from the complex. There are many shops and restaurants for every taste near the residential complex. I am especially grateful to Yulia, who surrounded us with attention and care from the very first days. She responded instantly to all our requests and wishes. She advised me on how to spend my time and was always in touch. I also thank Elmira, who also helped us a lot. I recommend it to everyone, it was the best vacation of my life.

Excellent location , private access to the beach , towels, sun beds for free. High-speed elevator , 36 floors. The surrounding area is beautiful, palm trees, lawns, everything is very well maintained.
