I can't say about the residential complex itself, I haven't been inside. But there are a few comments in appearance: the entrance is not very convenient, it immediately opens onto a fairly busy road and is not technologically executed correctly, difficult entry and exit, the riverbed is located too close to the complex, it is not clear how the company could have obtained a construction permit. The quality of construction can only be judged by other facilities of the RAMS company - not impressive, to put it mildly.

From the very beginning of the construction of this house, I watched how this residential complex grew.The location is great!Walking along the river, the noise of the river itself perfectly relieve fatigue! I've been visiting my son a couple of times over the past year and I'm always worried about the glass ceiling in one of the rooms.A strange engineering solution, in my opinion.Some kind of seals, rubber bands should protect against leakage, but over time, all this will "harden" in the sun and the water will find a path for itself.I hope this doesn't happen! Otherwise, everything is great! Children's playgrounds and sports grounds make the residential complex cozy for living!

Excellent LCD, top location, next to the river. It resembles a foreign hotel. People are happy with life in this residential complex. Elite neighborhood. Clean mountain air.
