The visitor was extremely dissatisfied with the service in the salon. Firstly, the administrator does not greet the guests, there is no sense of service. Secondly, the pedicure tools were not handled properly: they are not in a kraft bag, there is no confidence in sterility. The tissue was also injured twice during the procedure, which is completely unacceptable. And one more thing — the master allowed himself to talk about political topics. This is unacceptable for the Beauty industry: you want to come and relax, rather than listen to such discussions. I hope the management will pay attention to the quality of the service and the safety of the procedures.
