Irresponsible, not attentive attitude. They're being blatantly deceived. I brought a robot vacuum cleaner for cleaning and diagnostics (possible repair) of the wheel. Before that, I called the Xiaomi service. The Xiaomi service said that they only do technical cleaning, but not outside (brushes, garbage collection container and housing). The cost is 95 rubles. I called this office (they confirmed on the phone that they were cleaning everything and would diagnose and repair the wheel, if necessary). They said that it was necessary to bring the base and the vacuum cleaner itself. I brought it back, clarified once again that they were cleaning what I needed (LISTED). Once again, the staff told me yes. Two days later they call, come and get it. She arrived. Nothing was cleaned, and I'm sure there were no internal cleaning parts either. A new wheel was installed, but the old one was given away. The second old one is in place - it also doesn't scroll well, most likely it needs to be disassembled and cleaned of wool. To the question of what's the matter and why. I was told that they have nothing in the system, no such information, that they do not do this and that they need pens at home. Then the employee added that if you want, I can vacuum it now (... don't comment on that...). I gave away 135p. I put the vacuum cleaner in a bag and remember that they haven't given me the database yet. I'm asking the database. The answer is that you did not leave the base.

I came to pick it up - the lid of the paper tray is broken... I drew their attention. To which they said you had it so.... Began to say that it was not so and this is their joint. As a result, we admitted that yes, we broke it, but we glued it together and in general it does not affect the print at all. You can throw it out altogether)).... And the cartridge was filled up in general terribly. He began to leave divorces on paper ... I do not recommend this organization from the word at all. Just terrible service and attitude to the property of customers.

We read that the diagnosis can take up to 14 days, but as a result: on the 20th day, we managed to pick up the vacuum cleaner that we handed over for diagnosis - back. - the price of 40 rubles was announced on the phone, as a result, 60 rubles had to be paid (since they did not have the fee that needed to be replaced) - In two and a half weeks, we didn't get anything, we dialed 5 times and were fed breakfast. -In this center, the master can disassemble your device, but he will be able to assemble it in his free time from other orders (that's what we were told:-deals with other orders and there is no time to assemble your vacuum cleaner yet) -When we finally came to pick up our order, a girl who knows how to lie beautifully (no) to her face managed to say that she had nothing to do with it at all and was passing by (this is when we asked why you lied to us when you told us for a couple of days and that all questions to the master, she just draws up paperwork) and that the master is actually often on trips and is a very business man and he needed to find time to assemble your vacuum cleaner. -When assembling the vacuum cleaner accidentally or on purpose, the device was scratched. Bottom line: Maybe only we were so lucky and other customers were satisfied. In any case, I strongly do not recommend this place!

Cleaning the laptop for about a week, there are no components, they promised to call back to give information on the cost of services (there is no specific price list, it all depends on the mood of a certain master), a week has passed without a call or message. UPD: so don't mislead other people. Your manager in slippers said he would call you back the next day with the final figure and information about the repair. Neither the call, nor the prices, nor anyone reported the results. That's why I'm leaving a review that your service is not quick at all.
