The barista (or whatever you want to call her) nodded approvingly. Tea was brought. He asked for sugar. The second girl went and brought it. No spoons were brought. He came over to ask for spoons himself. They said there were no spoons. I took the straws at least (stir the sugar). A second girl appears and brings spoons. By myself (oh, a miracle)! The green is hot, as it should be, and the black is barely warm. He asked to replace it with boiling water. They replaced it, but the green one was hotter anyway. The lemon was put only in the green one. We waited a few minutes and we started pouring into the cups. Both kettles stupidly do not have a strainer. We started fishing for tea leaves at the same time, positively and ironically, but the desire to drink had already disappeared. As a result, the worst tea party in a public place for 12 rubles! I'll give points for the atmosphere, but otherwise I don't recommend it and I won't come again!

It's a good place. Delicious food and booze, relatively price /quality, beer in glass jars looks cool, 0.5 light 6p, many different cocktails in different price ranges. The interior is also pleasantly relaxing. I would like to mention the work of bartenders who will not let you get bored and will cheer up any company. But the institution is not without its drawbacks, there was a paid entrance on Saturday (10p) because of the live music, the songs were written by an unknown group, to say that the songs have a low semantic load is to say nothing, just yelling like "Big balls" and that's it, but they also yelled so that it was impossible to talk (the furthest the table in the establishment). Due to the large number of people, they waited 40 minutes for the hookah bar and another 15 minutes for the hookah itself. The establishment is open until 2:00 on weekends, I would like to at least until 4:00.

This place is ideal for meetings with friends or a relaxing evening alone. However, the food is not always smooth. There are times when you order something and it doesn't turn out to be exactly what you expected. But it is worth noting that the staff is always on top — they sincerely apologize and even provide discounts as compensation, which is pleasantly surprising. As a result, Kvartirnik is a place where you want to return, despite minor flaws in the menu. There is always a warm atmosphere here
