Level 4 Local Expert

When it first opened, it was delicious and the portions were pleasing. It's a little expensive for this area now, and the taste has changed. Everything is greasy. Cleanliness and attitude towards visitors leaves much to be desired (they can repair the air conditioner on the tables at the next table, for example)
