The Zhaz Stroy company, popularly known, does not fulfill its obligations and has delayed the process of normal transfer of the Ak Niet residential complex and apartments for self-isolation, apartment owners have been misled for a long time since 2024, and the process at the Ak Niet intersection of Gorky and Almatinka has been delayed. On 07/26/2025, they gave me the keys, with some imperfections, but not very much in general. We have collected videos of crying and grateful people with emotions and rejoicing. But the real state of affairs remains depressing. 1. The specified deadline of 08/10/2025, when repairmen and owners arrived at the facility, was complicated by a dug-up. 2. The shareholders were grossly deceived by the lack of hot water supply from the CHP, and there is no alternative, Kut excuses himself by saying that the CHP does not give the go-ahead. But at the same time, they did not even offer to centrally supply apartments using a boiler room with gas or electricity as an option. No compensation measures or offers have been received. 3. The installation work on the windows and doors is abominably done, the double-glazed windows are hanging in the frames, parts of the fittings are missing, the integrity of the window frame and the connections to the opening is everywhere violated. As of 29.10.2025, it has been fully repaired, some neighbors are still waiting. 4. Frequent blackouts and the supply of electricity and water supply is not adjusted 5. Changing the facade design instead of porcelain stoneware, liquid travertine, which, by the way, is swollen in places. 6. Kut does not have a common approach to informing shareholders about changes due to the completion date of landscaping, repairs to access stairwells, heating to the central heating system, connection to the central sewerage system, employees mislead and transmit false information. Who is thinking of contacting SK kut to buy an apartment 100 times, think about it, yes, it's finished, yes it's late, yes it's possible, it may be hopeless, but nerves don't recover and the sediment remains! Instead of real actions to fix all the shortcomings in a timely manner, the company as a whole is engaged only in commercial activities. To confirm the above, you can drive to the facility and inspect the courtyard, entrances, elevator shafts are cluttered, thresholds are not clear how they are made, wells without lids, mud-slush, piles of incomprehensible junk everywhere, protruding fittings, etc., etc. chaos in general.
