They sent extremely important documents from India to Russia. I can say that the employees of this KSE office have worked for 5+. By phone, by mail - always promptly, politely and informatively. Today my addressee received an envelope in Moscow. Everyone is happy. In general, we have been working with KSE since 2019. During this time, there are zero complaints about them. The only thing I can advise is to avoid their support chat - there are really beaten characters sitting there. I think either competitors or chickens who got to the computer left negative reviews for this KSE unit.
