This is our worst experience in the service sector. They promise that you can pick up your things tomorrow when they call you. As a result, they won't call you tomorrow or the day after tomorrow and they won't give you your things. You will have to call yourself and not just ask (so they don't understand), you have to start swearing and shouting so that they understand that things need to be given. By the way, it says that they work around the clock, although in fact they work every other day, then through the stump, then every day from 9:00 to 19:00. The first time after the call, the things were returned to us in 20 minutes. By the way, one jacket was ruined (initially there were no such spots, I attached a photo). Do you know what they said? My hut is on the edge - I don't know anything, this couldn't happen. But it happened!!! The jacket is ruined, but I really liked it! They promised to call the second part of the things and give them back today. In the end, I still had to try to reach them today and they said again - come back tomorrow… So, if you haven't checked into Orbi, but want to spoil your vacation, then feel free to contact them!
