Минусов нет, только плюсы.тепло чисто,уютно. Удобные раздевалки и помещения для занятий. Была на инд.уроке по аргентинскому Танго.

Народу много, а зал убирается плохо вероятно раз в неделю или реже? В день зал занимают плотненько одна группа сменяется другой поэтому в раздевалке тесно. В зале на полу видны следы от кроссовок, пол не свежий, пятна, длинные черные волосы. Противненько. Почему не ставится вопрос влажной уборки в перерыаах между занятиями . Ленивые уборщики ? Или пофигу все ?только деньги стричь
