we are visiting from another city and were shocked by the service in the cafe. We visited this institution today. The tables were dirty, and when we asked them to clean up, the employees offered to give us a rag and clean the tables themselves, saying that they had self–service. After refusing to clean the table, they asked for a complaint book, and we also received a refusal. I could have, I would have given 0 stars
