We bought a sofa and an armchair from this furniture company. The sales managers at the retail store gave amazing recommendations on fabrics, colors, and filling. The consultation was top-notch. Hello, we have purchased a children's sofa Hellas. Yes, it's beautiful and modern, but alas, after 2 months of use, two bars cracked on the left side (screws were screwed into them and the entire armrest and bottom of the sofa are held on them) . This caused the fabric to tear.It was bought for a child of 5 years old. We contacted the store, they came to your factory. Answer: this is a mechanical damage. How is it?How can you make such a conclusion from a photo? I'm not involved in furniture manufacturing, but I understand that there should be bolts instead of screws.Upset about the quality and attitude.
