The residential complex is beautiful, the yard is large, I really liked the playground. It's a very convenient and cool location, because the metro is nearby, and there are a lot of buses running around Abaya. It is only a 15-minute metro ride from Kristall to the city center. I think it's super, the area is very drafty, and if you open the windows, the wind blows through them.

We rented an apartment on the 14th floor in this complex. The complex has just been built, and there are a lot of apartments that are currently undergoing renovation. Accordingly, it's noisy during the day and you won't get an elevator. But blackbirds are singing in the courtyard and the mountains are visible through the window.
