Equipment is top notch. Service is below zero. This place is mostly for entitled people who can take private lessons. Pilates Allegro is impossible to book. Mobile application is cheap and not functioning. Any suggestions are denied by saying “ our valued customers didn’t approve” - even though I am actually a full year member. It’s insane. So much potential , but ruined by narcissistic approach to business. Unfortunate, indeed.

An ideal place to practice sports. In addition to professional equipment and staff, the club has a very convenient location in the city center. There are coffee shops inside, as well as enough space to recover.

A club that you enjoy going to. You always get a positive charge and motivation to improve your body and spirit from coaches and mentors. There is always a choice of different levels of training programs. Wide variety + innovation of programs. A sauna, hammam, and Jacuzzi are at your disposal at any time. Additional services like a genetic test and more. A convenient application. All the advantages are incalculable. Personally, I read that it's better to deny yourself one trip than to give up an annual subscription to a club.

Outwardly, everything is fine, the equipment is being monitored. I didn't like the service. They don't keep track of the hair dryers in the locker rooms. There were Dysons, they were killed in the trash. They continue to stand and have added cheap fans. It doesn't look premium. They constantly fail to monitor the replenishment of soap and cream in the men's locker rooms. Important newsletters come in the app, although many people don't use it. They don't duplicate it on WhatsApp! But when the end date of the card comes, they write in WhatsApp🤦🏽♂️ In 3 years, the card has increased in price by more than 2 times!!!

I have been a member of the club for many years. In my opinion, the best club in the city. The simulators are good. There is a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and saunas. But some sections are difficult to enroll in due to demand. The showers are clean and the changing rooms are well ventilated. Towels are always in abundance. For the body, face and legs. Friendly coaches will always help with advice. Director Valikhan has picked a good team.

In 2025, a fitness convention was organized in the Krid Fitness Hall, which I attended from the city of Taraz. I would like to note the very good organization of the event, Presenters from different countries were invited, of course this is a good opportunity to share experiences and learn something new, but the most important thing is to get a boost of energy. Thank you for this opportunity.

Overall, the level of services is good. But there are questions about the showers, for such money I would like all of them to be in good working order and have a good water pressure, sometimes the water is cold. There are not enough hangers in the lockers. It would be possible to improve the warm-up area in the pool and add equipment to those who attend the swimming sections, especially if the club focuses on such types of training. The area with the Swedish wall is sad. In the pool, the timer must be synchronized on both sides of the pool for swimming.

The best club I've ever been involved in both in Russia and Kazakhstan. The number of simulators is amazing. A chic martial arts hall, a cool crossfit hall with lots of equipment, a swimming pool, a sauna, a hammam, a Jacuzzi, a children's pool, a game sports hall.

Excellent service, clean restrooms, comfortable changing rooms. A chic swimming pool, a hammam in the pool area and a Jacuzzi where you can relax your muscles after a workout, shower gel, shampoo, bath accessories (towels, bathrobes) and disposable swimming caps are provided in the showers. The halls for group classes contain everything you need. There are two halls for individual training. The annual subscription price includes sports testing and coaching instructions (4 training sessions with a coach). Very convenient. The fitness room is spacious, a classroom for playing sports: football, volleyball, basketball. Polite staff

Finally I found everything in one) I ran in the gym, played volleyball in the game room, then into the pool, hammam, Jacuzzi … Everything is in very good condition, clean, polite staff. However, the design of the locker rooms is a little uncomfortable... collisions and buttocks 10 cm from your face are inevitable.

Terrible rebranding. The subscription ended and I didn't want to take it again, I can't stay in such an interior anymore, the materials are also so cheap - at least they wouldn't be disgraced. The training went into some kind of spiritualism - they would have left everything as it was, that's why I loved this place - simply, without pathos, but effectively and cleanly!

Positive: A very cool fitness center with fashionable equipment Cool pool They give out both towels and bathrobes - everything is steamed, clean The staff is very polite A lot of simulators Minuses: To sign up for a training session, the administrator must first ‘call‘ the coach. Is this a business for employees?)) why does the administrator not see the coach's workload through the computer? As a result, the administrator calls all the coaches in a circle: ‘and you can take them to training then’, which makes you wait a very long time It is impossible to sign up for allegro Pilates, there are only 5 places, training on Fridays. I've been trying to sign up for 4 weeks, I'm waiting for Thursday when it's 21:00, I'm sitting with the application open. The ‘sign up’ button appears, I click and immediately the result is ‘there are no places’. Or is this just a training session for your own? I called the receptionist at the reception, they said there was nothing we could do to help. Well, if training is in such demand, can't it be done for more people? Some classes for kids start at 11-12. Small children sleep during the day, the interval from 12 to 15 is inconvenient

My Favorite Sports Club!!! Bright!!! It's cozy for a family!!! Two disadvantages: 1. There are no swimming lanes in the pool; 2. There is often a very strong smell of chlorine, it may be time to upgrade the pool cleaning facilities. But this is not critical, so.k. there is no allergy, but I have heard from allergetics that it happens, they read a lot.

An excellent multifunctional sports center. There are many group activities, saunas, swimming pools and much more. It is possible to freeze the subscription for a month. It is quite profitable if you divide the annual subscription monthly, while a loyalty program is applied to regular customers! There is a small cafe and a Starbucks in the lobby. I recommend

How much should you love the work of Egor Creed in order to name a sports club after him?! Perhaps there are other motives in favor of the new name, but nowhere has anyone explained what Creed means? The content of the social network does not answer this question either. Therefore, you just need to accept the new face of the sports club in the genitive case of the famous Russian pop artist - Creed. In general: the cafe is in the same place, the same simulators, the same instructors, plus or minus programs, a little design in the style of a bed loft and a lack of philosophy. And memory continues to call this place the World Class.
