Level 9 Local Expert

The fortress is the main attraction of Rize. I can't say it was breathtaking. But it's worth a visit. There is a cafe in the fortress where you can drink excellent local tea in traditional Turkish cups while admiring the beautiful views of the city and the sea.

It's a great place. Narrow ancient streets that lead to the fortress. There is also a cafe and delicious Turkish tea upstairs. And the views are simply amazing. It's a very beautiful place, and when visiting Rize, you should definitely stop by!!!!
