We had a vacation in early August 2025 with relatives. The company was big, 12 people. We really liked it. Great location, beautiful, well maintained territory. The sea is very very close, which is a huge plus. What I can say about the numbers is that they certainly need to be updated. Everything was working for us, air conditioning, refrigerator, plumbing, locks were closing. Yes, this is not a 5-star hotel, so those who are looking for an expensive vacation are not here. If you are ready to cook your own food and enjoy the silence, nature and really want to escape from the four concrete walls, then you will definitely enjoy this vacation. The sea is clean and warm. It's not deep near the beach. The beach is pebbly, be sure to bring rubber slippers with you, it hurts your feet a lot. There are few people on the beach, which was also a big plus for us. I won't repeat myself, there is everything in the previous reviews about the territory. There is absolutely nowhere to go in the village itself, but anyone who wants can go on excursions. Nearby there are two small shops and several private tents, and two cafes. We liked it better in Kistrica by the sea, there are more places, and the service is higher. There are shops within a 25-minute walk to the depths of the village, there are cheaper ones, and there is an assortment. The service staff is three people. Elena is an administrator and a married couple Sharif and Sabo. Bed linen is changed every five days, toilet paper is given two rolls per check-in, I think there shouldn't be any problems with that, but ... There were also disadvantages, of course, but they didn't surpass the advantages. We came to rest and we rested to the fullest. After all, it always turns out that who goes for what? We went to socialize and relax, swim in the sea and sunbathe, and we got it all. I wish this hotel prosperity and hope that the owners will find the means to renovate it.

We had a vacation with friends in August 2025, the controversial attitude to the institution, in my opinion, has more disadvantages, but there are also advantages. I didn't like it: the houses are very "tired", nothing is being repaired, animals are running around them (frogs, scorpions, not to mention insects), the beach is not well-groomed, wild. I liked it: a large green area, there is a large gazebo with tables and benches where you can cook and eat, there are kitchen utensils. The beach is literally across the street.
