The best coach of this branch is Fedor!!! He is a professional in his field, always has a variety of workouts, an individual approach, even in group classes, always controls the technique of execution, corrects if you do it wrong, easily replaces the exercise immediately if a person cannot do the intended exercise for one reason or another. Workouts are 100% effective because you can feel every muscle after them. I would also like to mention two more coaches of this branch - Matvey and Yana. Well done guys, they are just as attentive, they treat their work at the proper level, they always monitor the correctness of the exercises, correct them if necessary. P.S. please don't let these three guys go anywhere, otherwise it won't make sense to come to you anymore))) . Well, it wouldn't hurt to update the simulators, many are tired!!! I also want to mention the administrator, unfortunately I don't know her name, but she is the only one left from the past, a tall girl with long blonde hair. It's always nice to come to classes when she's on shift, always friendly, cultured, smiling, in a word, a beauty!!!! In general, this four keeps the branch!!!! Thank them very much!!!

I've been living in this area for several years now, and I finally found a gym that suits me completely! It's always clean, the equipment is modern, and the atmosphere is really motivating. The coaches don't just do their job, they really help — they give useful advice and suggest techniques. It's especially nice that there are no crowds even in the evening hours, you can practice without queuing at the gym. Separately, I would like to mention group workouts — an ideal option for those who are looking for additional motivation and drive! I've been going to functional training for the second month now, and I feel real progress. I am very glad that there is such a hall near the house. If you are looking for a place where you really want to train, I advise you!

I really like studying. I've been to almost all the coaches in group classes, and they're all attentive. If I'm doing something wrong, they'll come up and tell me. Classes are 50 minutes long. It's clean and cozy. The administrators will always wish you a good day. I haven't reached the gym yet)
