Everything went comfortably, Ivan helped with the technique of exercises, finds an individual approach to everyone, despite the fact that this is a group lesson. The hall is small, but comfortable for a small group. Friendly receptionist, good prices for subscriptions. I recommend it, I will come to this coach again!

The hall has four seats, there is little space in the peak, tiny changing rooms with two benches. Good trainers and proper equipment. But I beg you, shade these four windows in front of the dumbbell rack, every time there is sun, people move benches almost to the middle of the hall just to avoid going blind.
