Support is not working well. The master was called — they asked for the contact phone number three times, which in the end was never called. They also proved that the old router, which was given to us more than 5 years ago, should provide the Internet speed for which we pay (spoiler: this is not the case, we changed the router to a new model). The master came well, quickly changed the router, polite. Support was also unable to provide proper advice on the cost of the master's departure and all work, and direct questions were not answered.
