This time, it was just terrible, I was ashamed in front of people. The borscht was served- not enough to scoop with a spoon, very little. The Kiev cutlet is just awful, it feels like the bread has been softened and the cheese has been stuffed in. The fish was ordered in sauce, and it was fried. When asked why, they invited a cook in a bucket and the head, lowering their eyes to the floor, just remained silent. They probably think if people are in trouble, you can serve food like for animals. I do not recommend visiting this institution, I will definitely contact the administration for further investigation.
