We were there in 2019. Cons: Disgusting behavior of the staff (except for the woman at the reception, she is very kind and pleasant) We almost missed the promised breakfast - as a result, we almost missed the morning train at 8 o'clock! In addition to indifference to the guests, the young cook or whatever her name was cooked us her poor breakfast (bread with the cheapest sausage, even without butter) with a face like she was doing us a great favor. They say they woke up the poor thing so early. After making it to "fuck off", she stood up and threw the plates almost in our faces, like dogs. I really hope she doesn't work there anymore, they need to be driven with a filthy broom. Of the advantages: the location, the river right next to the windows of the rooms, clean rooms with excellent repair and a bathroom.

A great hotel in a cozy area of Tashkent. Hospitable and helpful staff. They will always help and answer your requests, the hostess Lola is a very kind and friendly person, special thanks to Olga for a delicious breakfast, fragrant tea and cordiality. A cozy tapchan, with water bubbling nearby, is at everyone's disposal. They will help with the transfer and will welcome you as welcome guests. Only positive emotions. I recommend.
