Good afternoon Thank you so much for the wonderful work! My coloring seemed super difficult to me (I didn't know it was such painstaking and delicate work) - the masters are simply magical!! I can definitely recommend this salon and the master Anastasia - hands of gold!! It was difficult to sit through this whole procedure for many hours without a coffee break! And I didn't even understand how the Receptionist Masha felt that I needed a break and brought me a delicious cup of coffee with a bun!!! She can probably read minds! Thanks again very much!

I come back to the same picture over and over again, I ask, they tell me that the master to whom I am enrolled is ill. And this situation has happened 3 times. It doesn't matter to me, I do uncoated processing. And I understand perfectly well that the top master will not go to 9 a.m. for processing, when the next entry is at 3 p.m. So close the online recording in the evening and leave your master on duty, why mislead people. The second story was at the end of December. It was 11 or 12 in the afternoon and I decided to look at the windows in stories. I'm looking at it for today at 13.00. I'm calling. No one picks up the phone. I'll call you again in a few minutes. They don't take it. Ok. I'm writing to insta. They don't answer. Time passes, contact is established. I was booked in at 2 p.m. The history of correspondence in the photo. Again, the questions: you position yourself that there are empty windows and we are waiting for you, but in fact no one is waiting for you there. The receptionist has put her phone on silent mode and is hanging out in her break room. And the third and final story, after which I decided to evaluate the work of this salon. I had a photo shoot on 19.02. And the day before, I saw in stories at the salon that they have a makeup artist working from 9 to 16. Great, it suits me. I made an appointment online with Ekaterina at 11:00. Everything was confirmed. In the morning, there is a call from the administrator at 10.00 (attention, the salon is open from 9.00), there is no makeup artist, we cannot receive you. I'm talking about the fact that they have information in stories and there is an online entry, what does it mean we can't accept it?! They offered to transfer it with a discount. Funny. I'm asking, why are you warning me just now at 10:00? - We were looking for a replacement. "A whole hour?" You have only two makeup artists on staff.- No, they told me to call you an hour in advance and warn you that we were canceling your appointment. Sooooo, she's customer-oriented, face the fact of the customer in an hour. Why post information in stories that you are so cool and can receive a client from yesterday to today, as well as provide the opportunity to book online?! But in fact, you are not cool and you cannot provide this service. These are situations that cast a shadow on the salon's reputation. You have a 5.0 rating. You don't match it.And it was the receptionist who called me, not the salon manager. I believe that such situations are unacceptable, and only the manager needs to solve them. We talked with the receptionist for 10 minutes, she apologized only at 8 minutes, when I was just silent, and she was already saying something unintelligible. The makeup appointment has been canceled. I consider my one-star rating well-deserved, and the overall work of the salon, the administrator, and the supervisor is appreciated.
