Even 1 point is too much, 0 points. We went for the first time on August 11th at noon, ate, drank, and the ambiance was nice. We made a reservation for August 13th at 8:30 PM and chose our table. We went on August 13th at 8:30 PM and, unbelievably, the table we reserved was occupied! They showed us another table, in a very unprofessional and rude manner. We called the manager, who said their table was occupied because their food was late, which isn't our problem! Later, our table became available and we sat down. We ordered, the waiter asked which order should come first and which order should come next. We wanted the starters first and then the grills. 10 minutes later, everything arrived. Is this a joke? The whiskey arrived; there was something in it, but they changed it. The inside was just hookah smoke and very, very hot, it was hard to breathe. The staff were very unprofessional, they were all flirting and joking with each other. Is this a kids' club? Is there a manager here? What does the manager do? And finally, we asked for the bill, but twice. Even paying the bill was difficult and time-consuming. No welcome, no goodbye. We started the evening stressed, and we ended it stressed.
