A store in which managers disrespectfully communicate with employees in the presence of customers is just a nightmare, there is no lighting if a person with poor eyesight does not see anything, there are a lot of employees at the cash registers, and you can't find fire in the department during the day, the shelves are full of dust

Good evening. I would like to leave an extremely negative review about the upbringing and ability to communicate with people of the cashiers of this wonderful store - through one boorish face, as if they were being asked to share their salaries. Today, my husband and I needed money in coins, so my husband went up to one of the cashiers (I don't remember the numbers of the cashiers where we were queuing with other purchases, but they were about in the center, even a little closer to the side with the storage chambers) and politely asked about the possibility of exchanging 10 rubles for kopecks (at least 5 banknotes and 5 kopecks), to which the latter "made a disgruntled face" and rudely replied that they did not change money. Then, after we paid for the main purchase, I decided to buy a couple of chocolates, thus changing the money, and when I politely asked another cashier to give me change in pennies, the latter, in the same manner of a person dissatisfied with life, replied "I need to give change" and ignored the request. So, the ladies mentioned above, I wish you to always be "heard" and also "helped" in your life. Happy New Year and Merry Christmas!

I bought a pack of coffee at the store. The package and the receipt show the weight of 500g. The kitchen scales showed that the weight of the coffee with the package is only 427g. The body kit is about 20%.
