Excellent sauna complex! I really liked the clean and large swimming pool, the water is at a comfortable temperature. The bathroom is cozy, everything is neat and clean. I would like to mention the cuisine separately — the dishes are very tasty, everything is fresh and served quickly. The staff is polite and attentive. A great place to relax with friends and family. We are very disappointed to visit the recreation area. The pool is cold, with a pungent smell of bleach. It is unpleasant to rest in such water. The dishes in the cafe are cloudy and untidy, which raises doubts about hygiene. The food is frankly bad, tasteless, and the serving is sloppy. The service is slow and indifferent. And at the same time, they include 15% for service, which does not deserve an additional payment at all. The impression is completely ruined. For that kind of money, you want at least a minimum level of service and cleanliness. , I do not recommend it. I hope the management will take action and start respecting their visitors.
