I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Cortiz Medical Center for its incredibly humane attitude and high professionalism!Today I got the time wrong and arrived for the IV an hour later — at 1 p.m. instead of 12 p.m. I was very worried when I realized my mistake. However, the staff of the center treated me with amazing warmth and understanding. They reassured me and surrounded me with almost maternal care, saying that anything can happen in life.I would like to express my special heartfelt gratitude to Olga. She placed the IV with incredible care and precision. Olga admitted that she always worries about the comfort of the patient, and this sincerity is very captivating. While the procedure was going on, she came into the room several times to find out how I was feeling. I was very worried that I was delaying other people because of my lateness, but Olga constantly reassured me. She firmly said that we would definitely finish the whole manipulation and there was no need to hurry.The procedure took place in the most comfortable and warm atmosphere.
