It's across the street... but we still haven't bought, it was raining, and it's not very cozy there (there are trucks right along the road) Now about the house. The house is cozy. The guest area on the second floor consists of 5 rooms, there is a common area, there is a TV, an ironing board and, very conveniently, there is a sink and a kettle. The owners themselves live on the ground floor, as well as a rabbit, a cat and a dog. The hosts are friendly and helpful. About the room. A room with a sea view, a toilet and a private shower. The shower is a shower hose and drain (I'll attach a photo) located in the same place as the toilet, it's not very convenient because the push and toilet paper get wet. The room has air conditioning, wardrobe, balcony, there are no disadvantages to this. There are chairs and a table on the balcony. The guest house also has a kitchen. Frying pans, 2 refrigerators, a large table, a stove, everything is there) More about the climate. It's very humid and stuffy. We stopped there as a transit area, but because of the bad weather we stayed longer. Our opinion is that there is nothing much to do there for more than 2 days.…Although the only thing you can do is go to Batumi... to take a walk there, but that's another story) Everything is fine about the house, it will be good to rest a little before the road.

A great place to relax with your family and not only. We arrived in our own car, the navigator was driving correctly. The room has everything for a comfortable stay (you can even cook on your own and wash your clothes). The view is gorgeous to the sea and Turkey)). The hosts are good-natured, polite, helped with the repair of the car, The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. The sea is exactly 7 minutes away. There is parking for a car. There are restaurants and shops nearby.I recommend it! If we consider a calm and measured rest, then this is a great place!!!!

We had a vacation with Konstantin a couple of years ago and were delighted!)) I don't want to write about the accommodation itself, other commentators have already done it for me. But the host and his family are greeted in a truly homely way, it feels like people love their guests, thank you! We'll be happy to come back again. PS The road is really very steep.
