We flew through a Compass Tour Operator to Vietnam (Phu Quoc). In general, there are no questions about the organization or the transfer, everything is fine. I give such a low rating because of the hotel guide Emil Tashtemirov. He's a real con artist whose words are not worth believing at all. We took one tour from him and regretted it very much. The reality didn't match what he was telling us at all. The organization and timing of the tour turned out to be completely different. At the same time, immediately after the tour ended, we wrote to him, asked certain questions, but did not receive answers to them. I would really like the company to do something with such employees in the host country, otherwise, the whole impression of the trip will spoil.
